Diane specializes in integrated marketing strategy, branding, and creative product development.

As Chief Marketing Officer at Horizons for Homeless Children, she led an organizational rebranding and the implementation of a multi-channel communications strategy that included Horizons for Homeless Children Week on Comcast/NECN, an awareness and fundraising program that generated 16.5 million impressions via broadcast, offline, and online channels and raised more than $100,000.

As Vice President of Marketing and Communications at Root Capital, she developed and led the implementation of a foundational communications strategy, developed B2B and B2C marketing collateral, developed a new organizational website and establishing brand messaging and style.

As Director of Communications at Oxfam, she led a global brand repositioning, launched an ecommerce program that generated more than $5M in revenue, and provided strategic leadership for an integrated marketing program that generates $25M in annual revenue.

Prior to Oxfam, she was Associate Director of Project Management at Digitas, where she managed integrated marketing and communications programs for General Motors, FedEx, and Delta.

Diane began her career as an executive producer of educational and consumer interactive products for WGBH, Prentice Hall, and Hasbro. Working with such major brands as Candyland, Scrabble, Nickelodeon, Lucas, and Sony, she managed $10M product development budgets and generated more than $200M in product revenue.
